Who doesn't want to be happy? 🙃 It feels amazing.  But how?

Thought technology is about using your thoughts to create any outcome you want. In this case, the outcome you want is happiness!

There are many practices to retrain your brain to think thoughts that make you happy. The more you practice them, the more sustainable your happiness. 

HERE ARE SOME WAYS TO START YOUR HAPPINESS PRACTICE:

  1. Listen to music that makes you feel amazing.

  2. Put more things in your environment that please and inspire you.

  3. Stay visionary in your thinking. When you feel negative, step back and look at the bigger picture.

  4. Think about how everything always works out for your good.

  5. Remember that everyone always has your best interest. Really! Even those with seemingly opposing objectives are paving the way for your success.

  6. Reframe your thoughts until they feel good. The more you retrain your brain to be happy, the greater your ability to focus and come up with creative solutions = even more happiness.
